What's included:
BA House provides housing-related support to help residents maintain their accommodation and work towards greater independence. Support includes regular welfare and wellbeing checks, budgeting and money management, Universal Credit and Housing Benefit support, help accessing GP and other local services, employment and training support, CV and job application assistance, support with appointments and correspondence, tenancy sustainment, property and room checks, reporting repairs, community integration and move-on planning. Support is tailored to each resident’s individual needs and goals.
Support is available 9:00am–6:00pm, delivered by Jibrael Zamaan.
Supported accommodation provided by BA House in Birmingham. Clean and well-maintained shared accommodation with furnished bedrooms and communal kitchen and bathroom facilities. Residents receive regular housing-related support, welfare checks, help with benefits, budgeting, employment, appointments and move-on planning. Good access to local shops, public transport and community services. Suitable for individuals who need a level of support to maintain their accommodation and work towards greater independence.
Rooms are available from 2 October 2026.
Ways to apply: self-referral, professional referral, local authority. Referrals can be made directly by the individual, local authority, support agency or other professional. Each referral is reviewed to assess the applicant’s housing and support needs and suitability for the available accommodation. Where appropriate, an initial telephone assessment or viewing is arranged. Applicants may be asked to provide identification, benefit/income information and relevant referral information before an offer of accommodation is confirmed.

Treat staff, residents and neighbours with respect. Keep your room and shared areas clean and tidy. No drugs, weapons, violence or illegal activity. No smoking inside the property. Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially at night. Visitors must follow the property’s visitor rules. No unauthorised overnight guests. Do not share or copy keys. Attend agreed support sessions and welfare checks. Report repairs or damage as soon as possible. Do not interfere with smoke alarms, fire doors or other safety equipment. Follow the terms of your licence agreement and work positively with the support team.
