Shared accommodation

Support in supported accommodation is provided by trained staff who help residents live as independently and safely as possible. Staff provide practical and emotional support with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, managing appointments, taking medication where appropriate, and accessing education or employment. Support is based on each person’s individual needs and goals, with staff encouraging residents to develop their confidence, life skills and independence while providing guidance and reassurance when needed.
