House Rules — 220 Garretts Green Lane, Sheldon To keep the property safe, comfortable and respectful for everyone living there, all residents are asked to follow these house rules: No smoking — Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas away from doors and windows. No visitors — Visitors, including friends and family, are not permitted inside the property without prior written agreement from management. No overnight guests — Under no circumstances may anyone stay overnight who is not a registered resident of the property. No drugs or alcohol abuse — The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Excessive alcohol use that affects the household or other residents will not be tolerated. No violence, aggression or antisocial behaviour — Any form of violence, threats, harassment or antisocial behaviour towards staff, other residents or neighbours will not be tolerated. Respect for others — Residents must respect the privacy, property and wellbeing of other residents and staff at all times. Noise levels — Residents must keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly between 10pm and 8am, to avoid disturbing others. Cleanliness — Residents are expected to keep their own room and shared areas clean and tidy, and to dispose of rubbish appropriately. No unauthorised alterations — Residents must not make any changes, damage or alterations to the property or its fixtures and fittings.
