Six-bedroom house with a named keyworker and weekly support sessions.
About this accommodation
A settled six-bedroom house on a quiet residential street in Kings Heath, ten minutes from the high street and on two bus routes into the city centre.
Each resident has their own room with a lock, and shares a large kitchen, living room and garden. A keyworker is in the house four days a week and residents have a weekly one-to-one covering whatever's useful — budgeting, benefits, college applications, or just how the week has gone.
We work with young people aged 18 to 25 leaving care or at risk of homelessness. Most people stay between twelve and eighteen months before moving on to their own tenancy, and we help with that move.
Support offered
Named keyworker, weekly one-to-one sessions, help with benefits and budgeting, support into education, training or work, and a planned move-on to independent accommodation.
